Hi, I'm Rachel da Silva!
Although I'm only 1.5 meters tall, I was born with a huge heart and a burning desire to change lives. I am a rich mix of Mexican, Lebanese, and American cultures, and I can't imagine myself any other way, as my ancestry led my curiosity to explore beyond the borders of the United States, where I was born.
In short, I'm a foreigner passionate about Brazil. Since the first song by Milton Nascimento that I heard in 1988, 'Meu Mestre Coração', I fell in love with Portuguese and knew I wanted to learn to speak this beautiful language. I teach with love and purpose, and I'm here to share the knowledge and experience I gained in my journey of learning Spanish and Portuguese.
I love connecting with people and helping them become the best version of themselves. Whether teaching them new habits that improve their daily lives or teaching them a new language, giving them the opportunity to discover a new way to know the world, cultures, and people! In my personal journey, I could see how enriching experiences can be when speaking another language.
